As grassroots and community leaders, we are often responding to urgent community issues and usually don't have the time to build our internal structures and processes.
This virtual psycho-education training session, interactive in its approach, focuses on mental health and building mental health awareness through Art Therapy. Far too often we overlook the symptoms of stress and how they have a direct impact on our mental well-being, especially during this 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. Through Art Therapy, we are going to explore art as healing and therapy, look introspectively, make a greater effort to recognize our stressors, and understand how managing them can be effective tools for maintaining optimum well-being
