Identify ‘N’ Impact Grant Program

Congratulations to the 8 successful applicants of the 2025 Identify ‘N’ Impact Grant Program! Initiated by the Toronto Youth Cabinet (TYC), this program supports youth-led initiatives that enhance community safety, youth engagement, and social impact in Toronto. The selected groups—Stay Golden, Community Renewal Coalition, Ghaddi Nafsak Circle, The Smile Society, Shoot for Peace, Food for Thought, Mic Check, and SPARC—are tackling critical issues such as mental health, community safety, violence prevention, food insecurity, and civic participation. Through creative workshops, peer support, and grassroots activism, these initiatives are empowering young people to drive positive change, promote resilience, and address key social challenges in their communities.
